Diane is the Number One agent for townhouses in Ossining. She has sold or rented over 150 of them since starting her career in Real Estate in 2005. She has had a 100% success rate in selling them since 2014.
Diane is a founding member of TOCA, the Town of Ossining Condo Association, which represents over 2,000 condo owners. Its key mandate is to fight against unreasonable property tax increases and protect the market value of Ossining’s 23 different condo communities.
Diane came to real estate after a successful career in Direct Marketing where she built multi-million dollar profit centers for two of the largest publishing companies in the country: Doubleday and Reader’s Digest. She was named one of the 200 most influential people in Direct Marketing by Target Marketing magazine. A skilled negotiator, Diane has given speeches on the subject at Direct Marketing conventions, based on her experiences negotiating with major clients such as American Express, Time Warner and GEICO.
Between her career in Real Estate and her prior career, Diane has had over 40 years of marketing experience. So she can implement a marketing plan to sell your home with both proven and “outside the box” ideas. Her mailings are so creative that they were featured in “Sold” by Lois Geller, a book on Real Estate Marketing.
A former Dale Carnegie instructor, she is a past President of the Reader’s Digest chapter of Toastmasters International and has won numerous public speaking competitions.
